You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12ā24 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide clear unboxing videos or photos as proof.
After verification, we will either:

Send a free replacement, or

Issue a full refund
In such cases, you will not be required to return the product.
Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return a product without any quality issues:

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

The item must be unused and in original condition
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees).
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package is marked as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Buylore cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5ā10 business days.
